- Tenders are being sought for the provision of training for the New Frontiers Entrepreneur Development Programme at SETU, Kilkenny Road Campus, Carlow. New Frontiers is a National Programme designed to develop entrepreneurs and is delivered on behalf of Enterprise Ireland by Institutes of Technology and Universities nationwide. New Frontiers is targeted at individuals who have an innovative business idea with export and employment potential, who can show evidence of a commercial market for the proposed product or service and are ambitious and growth orientated. The programme will be delivered locally at SETU’s Kilkenny Road Campus in Carlow, and at the ArcLabs Research and Innovation Centre in Waterford. The New Frontiers Programme (Phase 2) at SETU’s Kilkenny Road Campus may offer places to an average of 9 participants per year. Some of the participant companies have a team of founders. An open invite to attend all training is issued to all founders of the participant companies.
