Managed service to support working in office locations and remote/hybrid working, acting as a managed service partner to deliver and support this technology. The contract includes: 1. service transition and managed services to deliver the required functionality and 2. the architecting, design, project management, procurement, implementation, transition and managed service for evolving requirements and technology related to campus and hybrid working, covering existing and future Bank locations The current technology includes network (LAN, WLAN, VPN, and associated security), videoconferencing, unified communications, enterprise telephony, AV and meeting room systems, print management, and mobile device management. Technology may change as the contract and technology evolve over time. Services will be required on a 24x7x365 basis and have defined service levels and outcomes using service mgmt frameworks/ standards ( ITIL,V4, NIST CSF 800-53, ISO 20000, ISO 27001/27002 )
