- This is a call to competition by IE for the establishment of a Qualification System for the Supply and Delivery of Rolled Steel Cup/Bell Washers to our Sleeper Factory in Portlaoise (the “Contract”). Iarnród Éireann proposes to pre-qualify a number of suitably qualified candidates to be appointed to a Qualification System in order to participate in mini tender competitions during the term of the Qualification System. We will appoint candidates whom we deem to have the skills and necessary resources to undertake a bespoke design.
