N/A Request for Tender for the Establishment of a Panel for the Provision of Mentoring and Related Services RFT Mentoring 2026 - 2029- LEO Leitrim.pdf This Request for Tender (RFT) invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and organisations for inclusion on a Panel for the Provision of Mentoring and Related Services for the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Leitrim, operated by Leitrim County Council. The purpose of this competition is to establish a multi-supplier panel of mentors who will deliver structured business mentoring supports to entrepreneurs, start-ups, and micro and small enterprises across County Leitrim. Mentors will provide independent, practical and strategic advice to assist client businesses in their development and growth. The Panel is divided into fourteen (14) Lots, covering a range of business and sector-specific disciplines including Finance, Business Advice, Digital Marketing, Human Resources, Food, Creative Industries, Technology, Exporting, Green Business, Retail and Tourism, and Procurement and Public Tendering. Applicants may apply for one or more Lots, subject to a maximum of five (5) Lots. This is an open panel, and applications will be accepted throughout the lifetime of the Panel. Inclusion on the Panel does not guarantee the award of any work. Assignments will be allocated by the Contracting Authority on a drawdown basis, having regard to client needs, mentor expertise, and availability. In certain cases, mini-competitions may be conducted between panel members. Applicants must complete and submit the Tender Response Document provided, including all required declarations, supporting documentation, and evidence of experience. Qualification criteria will be assessed on a pass/fail basis, including demonstration of relevant mentoring experience, tax compliance, and insurance requirements. The Panel will operate for a period of three (3) years, commencing on 1 August 2026. N/A Tender Response Document – Panel for the Provision of Mentoring and Related Services (LEO Leitrim) Tender Response Document LEO Leitrim 2026-2029 - Mentoring.docx This Tender Response Document (TRD) must be completed and submitted by all Applicants seeking inclusion on the Panel for the Provision of Mentoring and Related Services for the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) Leitrim. The purpose of this document is to enable Applicants to provide the required information to demonstrate their suitability for admission to the Panel. Applicants must complete all relevant sections, including Applicant Details, Declarations, Financial and Economic Standing, and Previous Experience. All required supporting documentation, including CVs of proposed service delivery personnel, must be submitted as part of the application. Applicants must also select the Lot(s) and corresponding sub-lot(s) for which they wish to be considered. The Panel is structured into fourteen (14) Lots, and Applicants may apply for one or more Lots, subject to a maximum of five (5) Lots. All responses will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis against the qualification criteria outlined in the Request for Tender (RFT) Instructions Document. Failure to complete this document in full, or to provide the required supporting information, may result in exclusion from the Panel.
