The completed and signed version must be uploaded in PDF format as part of the Tender submission. Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tenderbox. Only Tenders submitted through the electronic tenderbox will be accepted. Tenders submitted by any other means (including, but not limited to, email, fax, post or hand delivery) will not be accepted. Tenderers must ensure that they allow sufficient time to upload and submit all required Tender documentation in advance of the Tender Deadline (as defined in paragraph 2.6.2). Tenderers should take account of the fact that upload speeds may vary. Tenderers should also note that, within the electronic tenderbox, there is a maximum file size limit of 250MB per individual file and a maximum total submission size of 2GB for all uploaded documentation combined. For ease of review, Tenderers are recommended to submit files in PDF format. In order to submit a Tender successfully, Tenderers must follow all required steps on the eTenders platform, including ensuring that the “Submit” button has been clicked. Where a Tenderer wishes to amend or modify any aspect of its Tender prior to the Tender Deadline, the Tender must be re-submitted in its entirety. Tenderers should note that the “Submit” button will be automatically disabled at the Tender Deadline, and submissions after this time will not be possible. Please ensure that all Appendices are completed in accordance with the requirements of this RFT. In particular, Appendix 2 (Pricing Schedule) must be completed in full within the RFT document. An optional Excel version of Appendix 2 is also provided for Tenderers’ convenience and may be completed and submitted in addition to the RFT; however, the completed Appendix 2 within the RFT document will be deemed the definitive pricing submission. | EN |
