Please note that this is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). In summary, a DPS is divided into two stages: 1. DPS Qualification: where applicants are evaluated and qualified to the DPS based on the submitted documents as per item 2.2 of the DPS document. Once applicant has been qualified they will be included on future DPS tenders for the lots they have applied for. 2. DPS Tender: once the initial applicant qualification is completed, they will be notified of tenders issued by Cope Foundation (Horizons) under this DPS. The DPS tender will be issued to all applicants that have been qualified by the date of the issue of the DPS Tender.
