N/A Tender for the Provision of National Maternity Hospital @ St. Vincent's University Hospital Programme Capital Delivery Solutions for the Health Services Executive DIGITAL_NMH_TNDR_Publish_OPEN_2025.03.20.zip It is the HSE's intention to award a contract to a Single Provider to provide the following service for the National Maternity Hospital (NMH) which comprises of creating and providing support in operating for 60 months (with an option to extend by 2Nr. 12m month periods), a digital estates for National Maternity Hospital with Oracle Aconex, Oracle Primavera Cloud and other Microsoft applications under a SaaS model for the desired capabilities as described in Appendix B to the tender document. The present state of the NMH digital capabilities is as described in the Appendix A to the tender document. Also, included are the services to carry out a capability assessment of the National Estates Information System (NEIS) and provision of skilled manpower for augmenting the HSE resources in the capital build of the NMH.
