| N/A | REQUEST FOR TENDERS DATED 21/06/24 FOR THE PROVISION OF ADVERTISING SERVICES - PATIENT ADVOCACY SERVICE | RFT - Advertising Services Patient Advocacy Service Final Document June 21.docx | The Patient Advocacy Service is an independent, free and confidential service. We provide information and support to people who want to make a formal complaint through the relevant complaints policy about the care they have experienced in a Public Acute Hospital or Nursing Home. We also support people in the aftermath of a Patient Safety Incident. The Patient Advocacy Service is wholly funded by the Department of Health and therefore fully independent of the HSE and all other service providers. The Service helps patients make a formal complaint about an experience they have had in a Public Acute Hospital or Nursing Home. We have a phone line, online contact form and information on this website to assist with making a formal complaint. • We support patients to get information on the HSE complaints process ‘Your Service, Your Say’ (for Public Acute Hospitals) or the complaints process for a Nursing Home. • We explain what to include in patients’ formal complaints, and how to write a formal complaint. • We support patients to explore their options following a response to your formal complaint. The Patient Advocacy Service was commissioned by the Department of Health and has been developed by an organisation called the National Advocacy Service for People with Disabilities. The National Advocacy Service for People with Disabilities (NAS) is an issue based and professional representative advocacy service. The NAS service is independent, confidential and free. NAS has a particular remit to work with people with disabilities who are in particularly vulnerable situations. This includes people with disabilities who live in residential services, who attend day-services, who live in inappropriate accommodation, who have communications differences, who are isolated from their communities or who have limited natural supports. Procurement Requirements – Patient Advocacy Service The Patient Advocacy Service requires the services of a suitably qualified contractor for the provision of advertising services. The range of services that may be required on a drawdown basis include (but are not necessarily limited to): • Plan and buy media across all channels (TV, Radio, Print, OOH and Digital) • Conception and design of advertisement campaigns promoting the work of the Patient Advocacy Service for use in our regional and national advertising campaigns (print and digital formats) • Provide scheduling of advertisement campaigns. • Design advertising material including print adverts, posters, banners, etc. • Project management for creative communications campaigns – including print and delivery management. • Provide Strategic / Planning services. • Produce Radio / Audio commercials, including securing voice overs, music, recording studio etc. • Additional service required from time to time may include project management and copywriting. | EN |
