The PDF Pricing document included within Volume C folder is the formal tender issue BOQ (master copy) and should be returned fully priced-out with rates and full extension of all item totals, page totals and element category sub-totals. Specifically, the Excel conversion does not provide element by element sub-totals and it will be incumbent on the tenderer to ensure that they adapt or modify the Excel sheets as they deem necessary to output element sub-totals to match the master PDF issue copy. Moreover, any outside issues with data in-putting or end-user adapted formulae which give rise to errors, alterations or modifications to data within these Excel conversion files, and which are subsequently contained within your submitted tender pricing document may invalidate your tender. Moreover, any alteration or change to data entries that differ from those contained within the master PDF pricing document, and not becoming apparent until after award of contract, shall have no basis or validity under the contract. | EN |
