This tender is seeking a support service with SLA, assistance and professional advice in the administration and operation of our existing LearnPro group products. Professional services may be requested on a daily call down basis. The successful tenderer will work closely with Dublin Fire Brigade’s Operational Intelligence Unit. While Dublin Fire Brigade’s IT support staff will have responsibility for First Line support, it is envisaged that there may be overlap at times between the two roles. The framework period will be for four years. An initial contract for the provision of licensing, support and maintenance, with SLA, for existing efire services elearning, will be awarded for a period of 4 years. The estimated value of the framework agreement will be €800,000, and the estimated value of the initial contract will be €300,000. All prices quoted to be in euro and exclusive of VAT. Prices quoted shall remain firm for the first twelve (12) months. | EN |
