The Defence Forces seeks to maintain a high standard and quality of grounds maintenance services to its various Barracks /Posts/Camps. The Works described in this specification are to be executed by the Contractor in a manner that enhances the Employer’s reputation for the maintenance of its landscaping. The Contractor must carry out the Work adopting the best horticultural practice; the creation and maintenance of visually pleasing horticultural features and the maintenance of rigorous standards of discipline, cleanliness and tidiness.
